Whats the best consulting rate in the market for a Coldfusion Developer with 10 years experience?

I'm not sure exactly, but the rates for jobs are going down. Looks like a lot more out there than there are holes to be plugged.
10 year developers should get at least 30 to 40 per hour, if they sell the contract they'll put 15-25% on it...
